Shipping Policy

For all Premade items, please allow 1-5 weeks for your order to arrive, though delivery times may vary due to unforeseen delays. We keep our community informed with regular shipping updates—and any notifications of delays—via our Instagram account (@romani.usa)

For pre-orders, please note that production and shipping may require an additional 4-9 weeks. Delays are more frequent with pre-orders, and if your order exceeds the estimated timeframe, please visit us on Instagram (@romani.usa) or contact us (romaniusa37@gmail.com).

We make every effort to process and ship orders promptly. However, once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled. In cases where an order is returned to sender, we cannot assume responsibility. 

Please note that we are not liable for packages lost or stolen during shipment. Once a package is scanned by the postal provider, it falls under their jurisdiction. If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact your carrier to open an investigation.
